The rules for using Leargas.

Leargas is for adult professionals: facilitators, trainers and workplace learners. By using the Service you confirm you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Facilitators create an account to build, save and run worksheet templates and sessions. Learners do not need an account: they join a session using a link from the facilitator and entering their name.

You are responsible for keeping your facilitator login secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use Leargas only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame or harm others
• Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content into a worksheet or session
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service to collect personal data from learners beyond what is reasonably needed to run a session

Templates, worksheets and session materials you create belong to you. By using Leargas you grant us a limited licence to host, store and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose unless you agree.

Answers submitted by learners during a session are visible to the facilitator running that session, including through the live completion view and the feature that puts an answer on the big screen. Learners are shown a note about this when they join. Where a facilitator has switched on AI summaries for a session, answer text from that session is sent to an AI service to be summarised.

Leargas is currently in early access. Features, pricing and availability may change, and the Service may have bugs or downtime. We will do our best to tell facilitators about significant changes.

Leargas does not currently take payments. Once paid plans are introduced, this section will set out pricing, billing terms and cancellation rights, and we will tell existing facilitators before any charges begin.

Leargas, including its name, branding, design and underlying software, is owned by TWS Training Ltd. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Service without our permission.

You may stop using Leargas and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, or where it is needed to protect the Service or the people using it.

Leargas is provided as is. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or fit for every specific purpose. Leargas is a facilitation tool and does not guarantee any particular training outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, TWS Training Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, for example for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Leargas after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
