Comparisons
How Leargas compares
Plenty of teams run training with documents, spreadsheets and whiteboards, and for a single exercise that often works. The strain shows when one session becomes a programme.
Where general tools stop being enough
Documents
Good for writing. Less good when twenty people need their own copy, and you need to see what they wrote while the session is still running.
Spreadsheets
Useful for collecting rows. Awkward as a learner experience, and easy for one person to overwrite another.
Whiteboards
Strong for group visual work. Weaker for individual written thinking you want to keep and reuse after the session.
Meeting tools and forms
Fine for a poll or a quick check. Not a place a programme lives across pre-work, live sessions and follow-up.
These comparisons describe how the tools work, not how one company performs against another. We do not publish claims about other products that we cannot show inside Leargas.
